Ready to Publish?

Just finished my Word draft incorporating everything I could learn about book design. It seems Amazon self-publishing (KDP) will accept a Word document. They don't accept TIF images, only JPEG and certain others. So I had to convert my images. The guidance is to "Insert-Picture" rather than Copy and Paste the images into Word. Then I had to resize the images so the pages look good (see my prior post). So now the 15 MB draft is 78 MB. Maybe I am close to being ready to submit this thing to Amazon.
